Being artistic in nature
Jennifer Scott (née Richardson), is a wildlife artist who lives in the Mid North Coast of NSW, Australia. She loves painting all facets of wildlife; from brightly coloured birds, to possums with personality, to delicate Australian ground orchids, gaudy red and white mushrooms and cheeky frogs. Her watercolour paintings often amaze the observer with such brilliant colours and minute attention to detail. Jennifer is a self-taught artist who has combined the knowledge gained from her Degree in Botany and Zoology, her passion for wildlife photography and her gift of painting to produce beautiful glimpses of the intricacy of God’s amazing Creation.

She recently retired from a career of thirty years of teaching, and is now embracing a full time career as a wildlife artist.
